Conduct and manage the recruitment and selection process, including CV database management, posting job advertisements, and updating the SIH job portal in a timely manner.
Coordinate pre-employment medical checkups and assist in the hiring process.
Maintain a well-organized CV database for efficient candidate management.
Organize and conduct interviews for shortlisted candidates, coordinating with hiring departments to fill vacancies.
Maintain and track personnel requisition forms for vacant positions and new inductions.
Pre-screen candidates for middle and managerial positions through telephonic interviews.
Draft and post job advertisements on the SIH job portal, social media platforms, and newspapers as needed.
Schedule and organize panel interviews with relevant stakeholders.
Conduct new hire orientation, ensuring proper documentation for education, experience, and license verification.
Communicate effectively with departments to meet staffing needs and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
Perform background checks and reference verification on potential employees.
Assist in negotiating salary and handling candidate queries.
Maintain accurate HR records, including applications, resumes, and applicant logs.
Assist in the development, review, and updating of job descriptions.
Ensure all HR-related documentation and records are kept confidential.
Provide guidance on employee benefits and handle general inquiries from candidates, employees, and visitors.
