Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Support and Advocacy:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for student concerns, inquiries, and grievances.

  • Policy and Procedure Implementation:
    • Ensure student compliance with university policies and procedures.
    • Interpret and enforce student codes of conduct.
    • Develop and implement policies related to student life and welfare.
  • Resource Management:
    • Manage the budget and resources of the Students Affairs Office.
    • Supervise staff and student workers within the office.
    • Prepare reports and presentations on student affairs activities.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
    • Collaborate with other departments and offices within the institution to support student success.
    • Communicate effectively with students, faculty, staff, and external stakeholders.
    • Maintain accurate records and documentation.
