Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality instruction in undergraduate and/or graduate-level courses in relevant areas of Biosciences (e.g., Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Ecology).
Prepare and deliver engaging lectures, laboratory sessions, and tutorials.
Develop and implement effective teaching methods, including the use of technology and innovative instructional strategies.
Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including exams, quizzes, assignments, and projects.
Provide timely and constructive feedback to students on their academic performance.
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and academic progress.
Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and other academic activities.
Contribute to a positive and supportive learning environment for students.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in a relevant field of Biosciences (e.g., Microbiology, Genetics, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Ecology).
Strong understanding of fundamental biological concepts and principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Experience in teaching or tutoring in a higher education setting preferred.
Proficiency in using relevant laboratory techniques and equipment.
Commitment to student success and continuous professional development.

Subject Matter Expertise: In-depth knowledge in a specific area of Biosciences.

Organization & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
Professionalism: Maintain a professional and ethical approach to teaching and student interaction.
