We are a growing fashion brand based in Dubai, UAE that drives sales through eCommerce and other campaigns. We’re looking for a full-time, (remote work from home) Customer Service & Sales Agent (female only) to handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales. This is a strictly full-time position, 9 hours per day with a 1-hour break, 6 days a week, with flexible shifts.

Responsibilities:

Engage with customers through our eCommerce chat platform.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries from sales campaigns.
Assist customers via live chat, email, or phone.
Solve daily order and service issues.
Actively convert customer queries into sales by manually processing orders.
Provide pre- and post-sales information to customers.
Meet daily sales targets; simply waiting for orders is not sufficient.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage further purchases.
Demonstrate effort and dedication in all interactions to achieve targets.
Collaborate with warehousing and purchasing departments for optimal order fulfillment.

Requirements:

Own laptop/computer and reliable internet connection.
Electricity backup and a quiet work environment.
Fluent in English with excellent typing speed.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Full-time availability with flexible shifts.

Note:This is a full-time role that requires complete focus and commitment during your shift hours.
