Your main responsibility will be to support the sales efforts of the organization in promoting and selling Hajj & Umrah packages to individuals, groups, and organizations. You will work closely with the sales team and assist in achieving sales and revenue targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sales Support:

Assist the sales team in generating leads, prospecting potential clients, and identifying sales opportunities.
Conduct research to understand the religious tourism market, including customer preferences, industry trends, and competitors.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts for potential clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, provide information about religious tourism offerings, and address their concerns.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and customer requirements.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and maintain relationships with clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and other key stakeholders.
Communicate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and feedback.
Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
Regularly update clients with information about new religious tourism products, promotions, and offerings.

Sales Administration:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipelines.
Prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
Assist in monitoring sales targets, achievements, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, tourism management, or a related field.
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the tourism industry, hotels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in using sales software.
