Microsoft SQL Server (MSSQL) Database Administrator (DBA) is responsible for:
- Installing and configuring SQL Server instances and databases.
- Managing database security, users, roles, and data encryption.
- Ensuring effective backups and recovery procedures.
- Optimizing database performance and fine-tuning configurations.
- Troubleshooting database issues and performance bottlenecks.
- Designing and implementing replication, high availability, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Planning and executing database migrations and upgrades.
- Developing maintenance plans, including data archiving and purging.
- Providing technical support and guidance to developers and end-users.
- Documenting database configurations, procedures, and best practices.
- Reviewing database-related code from software teams.
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:
- A strong understanding of database design and management principles.
- Proficiency in SQL Server administration tools and techniques.Expereince in Fintech & Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Microsoft certifications (preferred).Multitanent Saas Database.
