We are looking for motivated and skilled Sales Agents to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Truck Dispatch Sales Agent, you will play a key role in coordinating and managing logistics operations, building relationships with clients, and ensuring smooth communication between drivers and customers. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to potential clients in the USA to generate leads and build a customer base.
- Communicate effectively with truck drivers and clients to coordinate dispatch operations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to resolve queries and ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, orders, and dispatch details.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- Experienced Candidates: Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling, sales, or call centers (preferably in the USA market).
- Fresh Graduates: Exceptional English communication skills and a willingness to learn (training will be provided).
- Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working night shifts (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM, Monday to Friday).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
