Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
We are seeking a detail-oriented Visa Processing Officer with at least two years of experience in visa application processing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reviewing, evaluating, and processing visa applications while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and assess visa applications for completeness and accuracy.
- Conduct interviews and communicate with applicants to gather necessary information.
- Verify documents and ensure compliance with immigration laws and policies.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and correspondence.
- Liaise with governmental agencies and other stakeholders as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing applicant inquiries and concerns.
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations.
- Prepare reports and documentation as needed for internal and external purposes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in visa processing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of immigration policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Proficient in using computer software and databases related to visa processing.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
