We are looking to hire a skilled professional for our office located at Bahadurabad, Gulshan, Defense and North Nazimabad - Karachi. its 'Sales Executive post for our Gulshan e Iqbal and North Nazimabad Branches
The applicants selected for this opening will be tasked with selling plots of our project "Residential Society plots" or "Super Luxury apartments" property sales, and closing deals. Further, he (or she) will be responsible for effectively communicating project sales offers, following up with clients for deals maturation/healthy relationship management (and keeping them updated on their chosen property concerns renegotiating property prices with buyers where needed, and defining project KPIs to expedite individual performance levels.
This is a salary + commission-based job and do require the presence of selected applicants regularly other than entertaining their respective clients.
Selected candidates will be given basic salary & Handsome commissions on the maturity or on every successful sales deal.
Candidate must be:
- Strong Communication Skills
- Can able to build the potential sales team and lead them.
- One year or more of proven work experience
- Must have a mobile phone
- Can explain the given project to a potential customer
Freshers are welcome & will be encouraged.
