We are seeking an experienced and skilled Social Media Ads Manager to join our digital marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Development: Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
2. Target Audience Identification: Identify and target specific audience segments to ensure maximum ROI on ad spend.
3. Ad Creative Development: Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creative, including images, videos, and copy.
4. Budget Management: Manage and optimize ad budgets to ensure maximum ROI and efficient ad spend.
5. Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance using metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
6. Optimization and Reporting: Optimize campaigns for better performance and provide regular reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance.
7. Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with the latest social media advertising trends, best practices, and platform updates.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in a paid social media role.
3. Strong knowledge of social media platforms: Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
4. Experience with social media advertising platforms: Experience with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
