Publisher Outreach / Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a talented Publisher Outreach and Partnership Specialist to join the PressBear team. In this role, you will identify and connect with web publishers, establish partnerships, and maintain long-term relationships. Your focus will be on aligning publishers with advertising opportunities, ensuring seamless collaboration through PressBear.

Responsibilities

Outreach & Engagement:

Research and identify potential web publishers who are a strong fit for PressBear’s marketplace.
Collect and manage publisher contact information and create personalized outreach campaigns to engage them.
Initiate conversations with publishers, presenting the benefits of joining the PressBear platform.

Partnership Development:

Build long-lasting relationships with web publishers, ensuring their success on PressBear.
Present partnership opportunities and negotiate terms to meet mutual objectives.
Act as the primary point of contact for publishers, resolving queries and ensuring smooth onboarding.

SEO and Marketing Integration:

Utilize SEO strategies to identify publishers with strong potential for organic traffic and audience engagement.
Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align publisher partnerships with broader advertising campaigns.
Stay informed about SEO trends to enhance publisher partnerships and marketplace visibility.

Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain an organized database of publisher contacts, communication history, and partnership details.
Track and report on outreach performance, partnership metrics, and campaign outcomes.

Qualifications

Essential Skills:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to negotiate and close deals with web publishers.
Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing strategies.
Organizational and data management skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in SEO, publisher outreach, affiliate marketing, or related roles.
Knowledge of digital marketplaces, advertising platforms, or online publishing ecosystems.
Basic understanding of analytics tools like Google Analytics to track partnership impact.
