Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  •   Identify and generate new leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
  •   Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients.

Sales and Customer Engagement:

  •   Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value and benefits of our software solutions.
  •   Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  •   Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management:

  •   Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
  •   Provide excellent customer service, addressing any inquiries or issues promptly and professionally.

Market Research and Reporting:

  •   Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
  •   Report on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in software sales or a similar role, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.

  • Ability to understand and articulate complex software solutions.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • High-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.

Compensation:

This is a commission-based role with no fixed salary. You will earn a 20% commission on each sale, providing you with the potential for significant earnings based on your performance.
