We are looking for Field Engineers across Pakistan to handle remote site troubleshooting. The selected candidates will act as Resident Engineers, working from home and traveling to sites as needed for complaint resolution and maintenance.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to troubleshooting requests at remote sites when required.
  • Diagnose and resolve network and telecom-related issues efficiently.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on telecom infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with the NOC team and support staff for issue resolution.
  • Provide timely updates and reports after site visits.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Telecom, Electrical, or IT Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of field experience in troubleshooting telecom/network issues.
  • Strong understanding of fiber optics, wireless links, and networking equipment.
  • Willing to travel to remote sites on short notice.
  • Own transport (bike or car) is preferred.
  • Good communication skills for coordination with the central support team.
