We are seeking a deyail-oriented and driven project engineer to join our team. The project engineer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects within the organization, ensuring they are completed on time within the scope and budget. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Establish relationships with potential customers and get enquires for assigned products.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with assigned existing customers.
  • Creat strong network toward the industry to all different partners such as end-user, contractor, consultant, principals, etc. Regular travelling & visiting to expand network is a mandatory.
  • Work directly and build good relationships with Principals.
  • Do market research for assigned Principals’ products.
  • Analyze principals’s and competitors’s information with customer’s requirements, and suggest sales strategy to Line manager for quotation and bidding.
  • Assisting Line Manager in developing business in assigned segments in line with the Company & Principal’s development plan, and proactively leading all sales activities in the segments assigned.
  • Make Sales Plan and Strategy monthly/quarterly/yearly and keep it on track or better.
  • Timely report to Line Manager, in line with company reporting requirements, and attend regular meetings when required.
  • Check biding documents (RFQ, ITB) and coordinate with sales support team, other teams to prepare and review technical & commercial parts of bid proposal & quotation.
  • Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet all parties’s needs.
  • Collaborate closely with relevant parties to formulate the most competitive solution or to ensure the most satisfactory contract execution, minimizing cost impact or penalty.
  • Do other tasks assigned by the Company?
  • Taking surveys
  • Provide after sales service
  • complaints after installation

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in business administration or relevant field.3-4 years' experience as a Project/sales experience/solar products
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving goals.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
