We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of professional experience in bidding on Upwork, with a strong ability to generate sales and convert leads into long-term clients.

You should be confident, articulate, and possess a deep understanding of our industry. Additionally, the candidate should be capable of generating leads from various freelance platforms such as Freelancer, Guru, and others.

Responsibilities:

Identify potential projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms and submit compelling proposals.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions to close deals.
Maintain a high win rate by crafting persuasive and professional proposals.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Stay updated with Upwork and other platforms' policies and ensure compliance.
Provide regular reports on bidding activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

3-5 years of professional experience in bidding on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
Proven track record of generating sales and winning projects.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong understanding of software development and related services.
Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
Professional demeanor and a client-focused mindset.
Familiarity with Upwork's platform and best practices.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
