We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead our software development teams, ensuring seamless execution of projects, efficient resource management, and strategic alignment with business objectives. This role demands strong leadership, expertise in project execution, and a deep understanding of software development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Drive software development projects using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.
Possess a solid grasp of technical concepts, coding principles, system architecture, and software design.
Demonstrate proficiency in modern programming languages, databases, and frameworks to facilitate effective decision-making and collaboration with development teams.
Identify and resolve technical roadblocks, ensuring smooth project execution and issue escalation when necessary.
Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, allocate resources efficiently, and manage timelines effectively.
Anticipate risks, implement mitigation strategies, and adapt plans as needed to ensure successful project delivery.
Lead and inspire teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture while mentoring junior professionals.
Communicate seamlessly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clarity and alignment.
Utilize industry-standard project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana) and oversee version control and CI/CD processes.
Prioritize development initiatives based on business value, feasibility, and market impact.
Stay adaptable in dynamic environments and remain committed to continuous learning and process improvement.
Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and business teams to ensure smooth and efficient project execution.
