We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our team and support one of our clients, a reputable accounting firm based in the United States. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, bookkeeping, tax returns, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Handle client accounts, including bookkeeping and management
Manage QuickBooks, generate profit and loss reports, and integrate accounts with QuickBooks
Prepare and file tax returns
Conduct meetings with clients to gather account data and address individual requirements
Organize and manage account data
Provide other account management services as needed

Requirements:

Quickbooks
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills (mandatory)
Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (minimum 4 years of experience)
In-depth knowledge of US tax return policies and accounting processes
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
5+ years of professional experience in accounting and account management
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
Proficiency in using project management and communication tools (Asana, Slack, Discord, Teams)

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with other accounting software
Experience in a client-facing role

Job Details:

Full-time position
Night shift (7 PM to 4 AM Pakistan time) to align with US Eastern Time zone (10 AM to 6 PM)
