2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in electro-mechanical systems, preferably within the footwear or consumer goods industry.
3. Proficient in CAD software for electro-mechanical design, analysis, and prototyping (preferred but not mandatory).
4. Strong grasp of electrical and mechanical systems integration within the context of footwear manufacturing.
5. Knowledgeable about footwear production processes, materials, and their electro-mechanical applications.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments, including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
7. Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and innovative mindset.
8. Excellent communication abilities to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
