Manages the process of responding to requests for proposals (RFPs) and tenders.

Their responsibilities include:

Capable of working with clients in diverse work environments

Coordinating: Working with internal teams, sales representatives, and other stakeholders
Preparing proposals: Creating technical and commercial proposals to secure contracts or projects
Ensuring compliance: Monitoring the tender submission process for completeness, consistency, and compliance with tender regulations and standards
Analyzing: Analyzing project requirements and estimating costs
Communicating: Communicating contractual and compliance advice to buyers, procurement/market analysts, and transaction procurement specialists
Documenting: Maintaining an organized database of all tender documents, submissions, and outcomes
Reporting: Generating regular reports on tender activities, success rates, and areas for improvement
Researching: Gathering information about products, pricing, and other relevant details
Analyzing post-tender: Conducting post-tender analysis to understand the reasons for success or failure and develop strategies for future improvement
