We are seeking a talented MEAN/MERN Stack Developer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience to join our dynamic team at Sterling Tech. This is an onsite position requiring 42 hours per week. If you’re passionate about building high-performance web applications and looking for an opportunity to grow, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-quality web applications using the MEAN or MERN stack.
Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to implement new features and improve existing functionality.
Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance issues to ensure optimal application performance and user experience. Participate in code reviews, and offer constructive feedback to improve overall code quality.
Stay updated with the latest technology trends, frameworks, and libraries to ensure the use of modern tools and approaches.
Work on database management and optimization, primarily using MongoDB.
Manage project timelines effectively, and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in full-stack development using the MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) or MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Hands-on experience with building and consuming RESTful APIs.
Familiarity with cloud platforms and hosting services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
Proficiency in Git version control and collaborative workflows.
Solid understanding of agile methodologies and working in a team environment.
Experience with containerization and deployment (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, troubleshoot, and offer effective solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
