We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will assist in the creation of visual content for various digital and print media, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and website elements. This is an excellent opportunity for a beginner-level designer to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the design and production of visual content for digital and print media.
Collaborate with the design team to create engaging social media graphics, advertisements, and marketing materials.
Support the creation and maintenance of website graphics and layout.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for new projects.
Ensure consistency in design and adhere to brand guidelines.
Edit and retouch images as needed.
Stay updated with the latest design trends and software.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of graphic design principles and practices.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
A portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity (academic projects, personal projects, etc.).
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Basic understanding of web design principles and HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is an advantage.
