Stitched Identity is seeking a fresh, motivated graduate to join our team as a Production Supervisor. The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. This role is perfect for an energetic individual who is eager to start their career in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the production team to ensure timely completion of production targets.
Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to safety regulations.
Assist in the training and development of production staff.
Prepare and maintain production reports and documentation.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the production process.

Requirements:

Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of production processes and quality control.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
