The Reporting and MEAL Officer will play a crucial role in the project by conducting regular Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) visits to monitor project activities. They will ensure that project targets and deliverables are met and assess the overall progress and impact by collecting, analyzing, and reporting data. This role is instrumental in maintaining accountability, transparency, and quality in project implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular Monitoring and Evaluation visits to project sites in Baluchistan and Sindh provinces.
  • Ensure that project activities align with the stated objectives and that targets and deliverables are met.
  • Collect and analyze data to assess the progress and impact of the project.
  • Prepare and submit detailed reports on M&E findings, highlighting achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Support the project team in data collection, validation, and verification processes.
  • Contribute to the development of M&E tools and methodologies.
  • Assist in designing and implementing surveys, assessments, and evaluations.
  • Ensure data quality and accuracy through regular checks and validation.
  • Promote a culture of learning and knowledge sharing within the project.

   Reporting:

  • Prepare comprehensive reports on program activities, progress, and impact.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of reports to donors and stakeholders.
  • Document best practices, challenges, and lessons learned.

Data Management:

  • Collect, manage, and analyze data related to CEFM programs.
  • Maintain databases and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance and Quality Assurance:

  • Ensure that CEFM activities comply with donor requirements and organizational policies.
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and provide recommendations for improvement.

Coordination and Communication:

  • Collaborate with program teams, partners, and stakeholders to enhance program effectiveness.
  • Facilitate communication between field staff and management.

Capacity Building:

  • Provide training and support to staff on M&E practices and tools.
  • Assist in developing capacity-building materials related to CEFM.
