As the HR Manager - Technical Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in attracting, selecting, and onboarding top-tier technical talent to support our company's growth. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, fostering a positive candidate experience, and collaborating closely with hiring managers to ensure the acquisition of skilled professionals who align with our company values and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with department heads and senior management to understand staffing needs and develop comprehensive recruitment plans.
  • Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top technical talent through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical positions, from job posting to candidate selection and offer negotiation.
  • Evaluate resumes, conduct initial screenings, and coordinate interviews to identify and assess qualified candidates.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for critical technical roles to ensure a consistent pool of candidates.
  • Work closely with the marketing and communication teams to enhance the company's employer brand within the technical community.
  • Foster strong partnerships with hiring managers and department heads to understand their team dynamics, technical requirements, and cultural fit preferences.
  • Provide guidance and training to hiring managers on effective recruitment and interviewing techniques.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidate inquiries throughout the recruitment process.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall recruitment and onboarding experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6 years) in technical recruitment.
  • Strong knowledge of current recruitment trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
