We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for contacting individuals from provided lists of leads and persuading them to buy, sell, or rent properties in the vibrant Dubai real estate market. Your goal is to successfully represent our company, deliver exceptional service, and drive property transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Outreach:

    • Initiate contact with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels from provided lead lists.
  2. Property Expertise:

    • Develop a deep understanding of Dubai's real estate market, including property types, locations, market trends, and pricing.
  3. Research and Analysis:

    • Utilize your research skills to gather information about properties, neighborhoods, and market data from various sources, including web research and real estate portals.
  4. Effective Communication:

    • Communicate with clients in a professional and persuasive manner, highlighting the benefits of our services and offerings.
  5. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and seasoned property owners and investors, understanding their needs and preferences.
  6. Company Representation:

    • Clearly and convincingly present our company's services, values, and advantages to potential clients.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent Spoken English:

    • Exceptional verbal communication skills are essential to engage and persuade potential clients effectively.
  • Strong Sales Skills:

    • Proven experience in sales and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Real Estate Knowledge:

    • Familiarity with Dubai's real estate market, property types, and market dynamics.
  • Research Skills:

    • Proficiency in web research and using real estate portals to gather property information and market data.
  • Negotiation Skills:

    • Ability to negotiate effectively to close property transactions.
  • Customer-Centric:

    • A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address clients' needs and concerns.
  • Self-Motivated:

    • Proactive and driven to achieve sales goals independently.

    • Collaborative spirit to work effectively within a real estate sales team.
