The leading manufacturing Unit based on Lahore requires a seasoned person candidate having 8 to 10 years of similar industrial working experience.
Strong Know-how of the manufacturing process, The GM will be responsible for all production and factory management of the unit .
Capable of overseeing daily factory business operations with the development & implementation of production growth strategies.
Training of all related staff & Managers with authority to manage the competitive team.
Timely reporting to management with further expansion and innovative plans.
Candidate with thorough knowledge of engineering, technical education & strong leadership.
Oversee the daily manufacturing operation & ensure products meet the company's quality standards
Coordinate with other departments to identify & resolve manufacturing problems
Adhere to company, industry,and safety standards and regulations
