  • Oversee the end-to-end shipper operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Develop and implement shipper managment strategies to optimize delivery, reduce returns, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with couriers partners, companies, and distributors to maintain maximum delivery and negotiate favorable terms and agreements.
  • Monitor and analyze delivery percentage, demand forecasts, and production schedules to anticipate and address supply chain challenges.
  • Evaluate and select courier partners and vendors based on delivery, quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and address supply chain issues proactively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or relvent degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience in shipper management or related roles, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with courier partners, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in courier management portals and tools to optimize processes and workflows.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve supply chain goals.
