We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Floor Manager to oversee our sales operations and lead our team to success
As a Sales Floor Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the sales floor, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and driving sales performance. You will lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily sales floor operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing feedback and implementing improvements.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues promptly.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure product availability on the sales floor.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize sales strategies and operations.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
