Fashion Consultant

We are seeking a Fashion Consultant to join our clothing brand team. The Fashion Consultant will be responsible for providing expert fashion advice to customers, building relationships with clients, and 4driving sales. The successful candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert fashion advice to customers, helping them to select clothing that suit their style and preferences.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and follow-up.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and product offerings, and communicate this knowledge to customers and colleagues.
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of fashion advice with company goals.
Meet and exceed sales targets by driving customer engagement and providing exceptional service.
Handle customer complaints related to fashion advice and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field.
2+ years of experience in fashion consulting or sales in a clothing brand.
Passion for fashion and a strong sense of personal style.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Knowledge of fashion trends and product offerings.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
