We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales and Marketing Representative to join our growing team and help expand our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers through phone calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Educate customers on our digitization services, including photo restoration, digital conversions of albums, and document archiving.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience.
- Respond to inquiries, follow up on leads, and close sales.
- Provide feedback to the team on customer needs and potential market opportunities.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service (remote experience preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain services clearly and persuasively to customers.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of digital conversion or archiving services (training will be provided).
- Access to a reliable internet connection and a computer or smartphone.
