Warehouse Incharge

As a Warehouse Incharge, you will manage warehouse operations, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure the safe handling of goods, and develop strategies to optimize storage and distribution. You will lead and motivate a team to achieve operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations
Ensure inventory accuracy and perform regular audits
Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth logistics
Monitor and manage warehouse team performance and productivity
Ensure proper safety measures are in place and adhered to
Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of products
Maintain accurate records of inventory and shipments
Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency
Handle customer or client issues related to warehousing

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions
Proficiency in warehouse management software and tools
