We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and energetic young female teacher under the age of 26 to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children under the age of 3, helping to shape their early developmental milestones in a nurturing and engaging environment. This role requires a dedicated individual who can create a positive, stimulating, and safe learning space where infants and toddlers can explore, discover, and grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care and education to children under 3 years old.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that stimulate intellectual, emotional, and social development.
- Establish a warm, welcoming, and supportive environment for children and families.
- Monitor and record individual progress and milestones.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff to ensure a holistic approach to early childhood development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about the child’s development.
Requirements:
- Female applicants under the age of 26.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Previous experience in early childhood education or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to create a fun, engaging, and safe environment.
- Relevant certifications or educational qualifications in early childhood education are preferred, but not mandatory.
