We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator to maintain, update, and secure our data. In this role, you will work closely with various teams to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of our data. Your expertise will support our operational needs and help shape data-driven operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Database Management:

Oversee and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
Perform routine audits and updates to optimize performance and reliability.

Data Quality & Integrity:

Implement and enforce data quality standards and best practices.
Conduct regular data cleansing, validation, and verification processes.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
Generate and distribute routine reports, dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses.

Documentation & Compliance:

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for data processes and procedures.

Troubleshooting & Support:

Identify, diagnose, and resolve data-related issues promptly.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Data Administrator or in a similar role.
Familiarity with SQL.
Familiarity with data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Access, or similar platforms).
Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
