SymCloud seeks an AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. This role requires an innovative individual to design and implement advanced AI models that enable data-driven decision-making and provide insights to various business functions. The successful candidate will bring a breadth of knowledge in artificial intelligence and machine learning, utilizing skills such as TensorFlow and data analysis to create powerful algorithms that address critical business needs. As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of 10 professionals, guiding their efforts in the development of AI solutions, implementing best practices in model evaluation and deployment, and fostering a collaborative work environment that encourages innovation and success. In this role, you will also engage with cross-functional teams to understand their requirements, ensuring that AI models align with organizational objectives. Your experience should reflect a proven ability to analyze large datasets, interpret complex results, and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
Lead and manage a team of 10 AI professionals, providing mentorship and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into AI solutions that meet business needs.
Conduct data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights, guiding data-driven decision-making processes.
Utilize TensorFlow and other advanced tools to build, train, and deploy robust AI models.
Monitor the performance of AI systems, conducting regular evaluations and refinements based on feedback and new data.
Prepare and present technical reports and findings to stakeholders to effectively communicate AI insights and progress.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in AI, ensuring that the team employs best practices and cutting-edge methodologies.
Encourage a culture of innovation, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team, fostering an environment that empowers team members to share ideas and collaborate.
Engage in code reviews and adhere to software engineering best practices to ensure high-quality AI solutions.
