Software Support Officer

We are looking for a Software Support Officer who has knowledge of Accounts, Inventory, and Payroll systems. The ideal candidate should be able to understand business processes and provide technical support to clients using our software.

Responsibilities:

Provide software support to clients via phone, email, or remote access.
Understand and troubleshoot issues related to accounting, inventory management, and payroll modules.
Log, track, and resolve client issues efficiently.
Coordinate with the development team for unresolved or technical issues.
Provide training to clients when required.

Requirements:

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Accounting, Inventory, and Payroll systems.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to learn new software quickly.
Prior experience in software support or ERP systems is a plus.
