As exclusive distributor in Pakistan for TECHNOGYM, the industry-leading designer and manufacturer of fitness equipment and solutions, currently used in over 80,000 wellness centers and over 300,000 homes globally, SYNERGY TECHNOLOGIES is seeking applications for the position of Business Development Specialist in Lahore, Karachi and Islamabad to plan and achieve formidable business growth in line with the brand’s global position.

The successful candidates shall possess exceptional business acumen and strong communication and interpersonal skills. The role provides an outstanding learning opportunity from one of the most innovative companies, not only in its product and platform offering but also in its sales and marketing strategy and operations.

Business Development Specialists will pursue and realize opportunities in each of the sectors that Technogym serves, including hospitality, residential, wellness clubs, healthcare, education, corporate, uniformed services and sports associations.

6) 2-4 years of direct field sales experience

JOB OVERVIEW:

• Share TECHNOGYM values, processes, challenges and wellness passion

• Study TECHNOGYM culture, products manuals, formats and catalogues

• Complete e-learning courses, attend webinars and live training sessions

• Adopt the wellness lifestyle, work out regularly

• Know customers, prospects and your territory

• Establish close relationships with PTs, architects and physicians

• Monitor competition and study product comparison

• Stay focused on TECHNOGYM value & benefits

• Create proposals and manage proposal pipeline for the assigned sectors

• Align your style, personal care and behavior with brand positioning
