We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Lahore and provide exceptional on-site technical support for our Technogym products.

Responsibilities:

On-Site Support: Provide on-site technical assistance and support for Technogym products, including installation, maintenance, and repair of gym equipment.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues with gym equipment.
Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer issues and providing timely and effective resolutions.
Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to ensure equipment is operating efficiently and safely.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of service visits, issues, resolutions, and customer interactions.
Orientation: Conduct orientation sessions for customers on the proper use and maintenance of Technogym equipment.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a field service technician or similar technical role.
Strong knowledge of gym equipment, preferably Technogym products.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Technical certification or degree in engineering or a related field is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Urdu.
Ability to travel frequently within the Lahore region.
