Job Summary:

  • We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives for outbound calls.
  • In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and driving sales by engaging potential clients through phone calls and effectively promoting our digital marketing services.
  • We encourage candidates with good English communication skills, including freshers, to apply.
  • As an incentive, generous commissions will be provided for each successful sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and engage them in conversations regarding their digital marketing needs.
  • Provide information about our services and explain how they can benefit the potential clients' businesses.
  • Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and active listening.
  • Present persuasive sales pitches to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition of our services.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients by understanding their unique requirements and providing suitable solutions.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals on a regular basis.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, prospects, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize strategies, share insights, and implement effective approaches for lead generation and sales.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to effectively communicate the advantages of our services.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a bonus.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Good listening skills and the ability to identify client needs.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and basic computer applications.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and practices is advantageous.
