Scan and maintain records of all recap sheets, transcripts, pass certificates and degrees for Karachi Campus.
Collect Clearance Forms from students, check and verify all educational documents before accepting the forms.
In case of Hyderabad Campus, verify all documents in students’ files & check calculations for the processing of transcripts.
Prepare and maintain Graduates' Lists, Gold Medalists’ List, and Honor’s List for all campuses before the annual convocation.
Maintain and update student datasheet for each student and the other record relating to degree, transcripts, Provisional Transcript and other documents for the Karachi campus students.
Update the clearance record for all graduated Karachi Campus students in Zabdesk making entry of information like graduation date, date of internship, date of comprehensive exam, clearance from finance office, library, lab, and transcript issue date.
Check the degree data, and ensure that The President and The Chancellor sign all documents.
Receive the documents sent by various organizations (domestic & international) for verification and maintain their records.
Collect provisional transcript forms & other applications from students.
Issue transcripts; pass certificates, degrees, provisional transcripts & other documents to students.
Student dealing regarding queries related to transcript, provisional transcripts and other related issues.
Assist in any other work given by Senior Controller Records.
