We are looking for dedicated and enthusiastic Female Customer Service Executives to join our team for a UK energy project. The ideal candidate handling customer billing is guiding customers through their making outbound calls and finding new customers. You will also be expected to provide comprehensive knowledge of our company's products, generate leads, and drive sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer billing issues efficiently and effectively.
- Guide customers on any billing-related matters.
- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. Identify and target new customer leads.
- Deliver product knowledge and answer customer inquiries. Generate leads and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment.
- Ability to handle customer queries with professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
