We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Social Media Strategy:
- Create, execute, and manage social media content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Stay updated with industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Content Creation and Management:
- Design, write, and schedule engaging content across all platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok).
- Work with graphic designers or independently create visually appealing posts, videos, and stories.
Community Engagement:
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
- Foster a positive online community and build relationships with the audience.
Analytics and Reporting:
- Analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
- Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.
Advertising Campaigns:
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to meet ROI goals.
- Track and optimize ad performance regularly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
