Responsible for maintaining BOM in time, including procurement BOM manufacturing BOM and any modifies, and make sure that materials in BOM are connected to process flow in SAP.

Procurement BOM:

Create a local procurement list.
Upload in SAP.

Manufacture BOM:

Monitor CKD plan issued for daily container loading from China to Pakistan; Once it was out of Chinese ports, start to make manufacture BOM as soon as possible.
R&D BOM is the basis for making manufacture BOM, and in principle need to distinguish that materials in R&D BOM which are assembled in the factory of Pakistan or which are assembled in China.
Upload in SAP.

Process Flow:

Allocate materials to corresponding work centers in SAP.
Allocate materials to corresponding work centers.

System Document Making:

It’s the important part of material order management, mainly check out the difference between local manufacture BOM and China BOM in SAP, the reasons for difference including ODF change local procurement change or R&D change. Should pay more time in communication analyze the reasons for differences and remake the manufacture BOM according to batch change request.

System Support:

Think about how to improve the work, such as automatically executes program in the background.
