1. Prepare the documents for applying for LC and Contract to ensure that you get the LC or Contract on time before the goods are shipped.

2. Follow up the progress of each link after the domestic goods are sent out, and coordinate finance, customs clearance agents, and banks to ensure that the goods are cleared and transported in time.

3. Preparation and confirmation of customs clearance documents,(invoices, BL , FTA, packing list and other documents).

4. Follow up the headquarters to issue a full set of documents in time to ensure that the documents are obtained before the goods arrive at the port.

5. Check all expenses incurred in transportation and customs clearance, Submit the payment application and follow up to complete the payment. And use ledger to manage all expenses. Analyze all expenses and look for ways to reduce costs.

6. Coordinate with customs departments, customs clearance agents, financial departments, etc. to solve all problems in the customs clearance and import process.
