Duties Assigned
- IT Infrastructure Assessment: Assess the current IT infrastructure, providing recommendations for enhancements to support business operations effectively
- New Software implementation and integration testing: Oversee the deployment of new Software, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
- SAP System Implementation: Lead and manage the implementation of SAP solutions within the organization to ensure efficient business processes.
- POS System Implementation: Manage the implementation of FBR-Retail Software (POS) and integrate it with the company's ERP system and checking its report on daily, monthly basis.
- SAP System Support and End-User Training: Provide ongoing SAP system support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- System Audit: Checking machine i.e Laptops, desktop and servers and other machines in use in office securing back-up and identify breaches.
- Internal Audit and Data Verification: Check SAP reporting in integration with other ERP , along with every employee laptop for data security purposes.
- Employees Training: Providing training to employees and assist them in completing their daily task.
- Troubleshooting and Performance Optimization: Resolve issues and optimize system performance to ensure smooth operations across platforms.
- System Reporting: Doing system reporting tasks by maintaining checks and control, user rights and price list maintenance.
- Liaison between HQ and Departments: Serve as a liaison between HQ and departments in TCL Pakistan to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Cloud-Based Data Management: Facilitate the migration of company data to a cloud-based platform, ensuring secure and efficient data management.
