We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5+ years of experience, demonstrating success in crafting and implementing long-term sales strategies, managing the sales cycle, and converting leads into loyal clients. As a Sales Manager, you will be in charge of business growth and cultivating lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  •  Develop and implement long-term sales strategies tailored to the IT industry.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business strategy.
  • dentify new business opportunities and markets for growth.

 Lead conversion & management.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
  •  Implement effective lead conversion strategies to maximize customer acquisition.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Client Relationship Management.

  • Build and nurture strong, long-term client relationships.
  •  Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring timely responses to client inquiries and concerns.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and present tailored IT solutions.

Collaboration and Communication:

  •  Collaborate with marketing, product development, and technical teams to align sales initiatives with company goals.

• Communicate sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.

Sales Reporting & Analytics:

  •  Prepare and present accurate sales reports, KPIs, and forecasts.
  •  Leverage CRM systems and data analytics tools to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, particularly in lead conversion and strategy development.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, solutions, and services.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects.
