We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Development Officer with expertise in online bidding to oversee and manage the complete bid process efficiently and effectively. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a solid grasp of technical concepts, and the ability to produce clear, concise responses to tender questions while meeting deadlines and achieving targets.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate business opportunities through online platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, oDesk, and similar portals.
- Create high-quality web content, emails, and project proposals tailored to client needs.
- Analyze client requirements and offer competitive bidding solutions.
- Accurately estimate project costs based on client requirements.
- Submit complete and persuasive bids to prospective or existing clients within deadlines and budget constraints.
- Build and maintain a professional portfolio on bidding platforms to attract and secure projects.
- Facilitate smooth and effective communication with clients.
- Manage client interactions to ensure positive relationships and successful project outcomes.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in online bidding with a proven track record.
- Experience in a software or web development company.
- Proficiency in drafting professional and compelling business proposals.
- In-depth understanding of the online bidding process and platforms.
- Outstanding communication and writing skills.
