Responsibilities
- Create and manage compelling blog posts, articles, and website content for WordPress sites.
- Write clear, concise, and SEO-friendly content tailored to client and brand specifications.
- Research and incorporate industry trends, best practices, and target audience insights into content creation.
- Collaborate with developers and designers to ensure cohesive website messaging and structure.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain high-quality standards and brand consistency.
- Develop product descriptions, promotional copy, and newsletters for WordPress-based platforms.
- Optimize content for search engine rankings using appropriate keywords, tags, and meta descriptions.
- Stay updated on WordPress trends, plugins, and features to integrate into content strategy effectively.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in professional content writing, particularly for WordPress platforms.
- Strong understanding of WordPress, SEO principles, and content management systems.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with HTML and basic WordPress functions (preferred).
- A portfolio showcasing WordPress-related content projects.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
