Software Proficiency: Be proficient in software applications such as SAP 2000 and AutoCAD for design and drafting purposes.
Project Management: Manage and oversee various civil engineering projects, from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
Quality Control: Implement quality control processes to guarantee the accuracy and integrity of engineering designs and drawings.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, surveyors, and construction professionals, to ensure project objectives are met.
Site Visits: Conduct on-site visits to inspect construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications.
Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, project documentation, and technical drawings as necessary for both internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance: Ensure all engineering designs and projects adhere to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Cost Estimation: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in civil engineering and structural design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
2-3 years of professional experience in civil engineering, with a focus on structural design.
Proficiency in software tools such as SAP 2000 and AutoCAD.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
Project management experience is a plus.
