Responsibilities
Design Visual Assets: Create compelling and visually appealing designs for a variety of marketing and product-related materials including UI/UX for web interfaces, presentations, static ads, and more.
Product-Centric Design Thinking: Utilize Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) principles and FigJam for ideation, brainstorming, and developing design concepts for product-based applications.
Website & UI Building: Contribute to website development projects by designing user interfaces with a strong focus on user experience. Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus.
Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams to understand project requirements and deliver goal-oriented designs.
Stay Current: Keep up with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure innovative and user-friendly outputs.
Skills Required
Design Software Proficiency: Mastery in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma is essential.
Experience with Product Design: Prior experience in designing for product-based platforms (not service industry) is highly preferred.
UI/UX Expertise: Proven experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile applications.
Creative & Analytical Thinking: Strong aesthetic sense with the ability to combine functionality with visual appeal.
Typography & Layout: Expertise in layout principles, typography, and color theory to create cohesive and attractive visuals.
Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and translate ideas into designs.
Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect outputs.
Time Management: Ability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently meet deadlines.
