We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for our digital products. From concept to execution, the UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver engaging and user-centric designs.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand project requirements and user needs.
- Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Design and deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect visuals for web and mobile interfaces.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Work closely with developers to ensure seamless integration of designs into the final product.
- Iterate designs based on feedback and user testing results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio of previous design projects showcasing a strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
- Solid understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on design.
- Experience with responsive design for various screen sizes and devices.
- Strong communication skills and ability to effectively present and defend design decisions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative design process.
- Bachelor's degree in Design OR a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with animation and interaction design.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Familiarity with Social Media centric designs.
- Prior Experience of Graphics design is a plus.
Time: 7 pm to 4 am
